We are the first ones to introduce the world with "Nordic black" tea - a healthy, caffeine-free and energy-boosting alternative to traditional black tea. It is made of local herbs and is 100% natural and certified-organic. GMO-free. Our big fraction tea is served in biodegradable pyramid tea bags. Being made of plant-based starch, these tea bags are compostable within 30-60 days in soil. Plastic-free and certified by OK Compost. Product packaging design is purely Nordic - we hand-pick wild herbs from our meadows and forests and implement a real-life herbarium in our product packaging design. It is important that customers see the beauty, nuances of each herb. This is the way we raise awareness about herbs that for majority are surprising and new, but a crucial for prolonging the biodiversity of our nature and sustaining healthy lifestyle.

This organic Peruvian coffee roasted at Karlova Kohv is truly something for classic coffee drinkers – it is chocolaty, sweet, juicy and complex. We compare its sweetness with a mother’s kiss, its juiciness with and Estonian ripe “Emma Leppermann” plum and its complexity with an air of Estonian pine forests. It tastes best if brewed in French press, Kalita or Aeropress.
The 250 g coffee is very neatly packaged making it a perfect present. In addition to the outside very nice and luxury looking package the coffee is also packed in an inner professional coffee bag with zip and valve enabling the coffee not losing its freshness.
It might easily happen that dinking our Ethiopian coffee changes the whole concept and meaning of coffee You might have had before drinking it. You may feel the smell of pink rose bushes of Estonian midsummer in its aroma and fresh Estonian summer berries and fruits in its taste. The coffee is so light and tastes so refreshing that while blind tasting it, it may be difficult to tell if it is coffee, tea or juice. We recommend to drink it black and the taste notes even become better and more lively if the coffee has cooled down a little. It is best to brew it in Kalita or Aeropress, it also makes a super nice cold brew.

The coffee pod is a single roasted ground coffee portion, packaged with Compofilt® certified compostable filter paper and individually packaged in a protective atmosphere. Easy use and service, freshness and sustainability enclosed in a coffee pod. For a perfect espresso at home as well as the restaurant or at the café (when the barista is not there). Once ground, the coffee is enclosed in pods and packaged in a protective atmosphere to best preserve the aromas until the time of extraction. Good to know: this system, among the many advantages, requires minimal maintenance, reduces waste and it’s eco-friendly.
A further step forward with respect to the fundamental objective of product sustainability was made with the choice of Compofilt® compostable filter paper, a fabric made of 100% natural fibres, tested and certified to be thrown in the humid or buried directly in the plants in garden (it is known that coffee is an excellent contribution to the land of plants) after use, to help respect the environment and the health of consumers. Thus the pod, being composed of completely compostable materials, can become an excellent material for composting. Without any doubt about disposal. Unlike capsules which, being made up of plastic and/or aluminium parts and wet parts, cannot be recycled but must be thrown in the unsorted waste bin and are destined for landfills and incinerators (a single capsule pollutes much more than a package would do. empty of coffee thrown in the street).
