FEST, the new ORGANIC cava that conveys the true celebratory spirit. It is pure effervescence and joy. Its bubbles fill every celebration with colour.
Aged for more than 12 months, FEST by Vallformosa comes in three differentiated ranges: Brut Organic, Brut Nature Organic and Brut Rosé. All of them are vegan-friendly, like every single one of the company’s range of still and sparkling wines.
FEST by Vallformosa is the perfect accompaniment for the magical and festive moments of any celebration where bubbles add the required touch of colour.
This original coupage is a mix of Verdejo and Viognier, two power grapes that nobody has had the audacity to work with them in the same bottle. This wine has obtained bronze medal in Valencia region and gold medal in the ecological competition of wines of Valencia. Peñín has given it 90 points and has invited us repeatedly for the Best Wines of Spain Fair.
This wine represents the risk, the audacity, the will to live. That is why these two grapes make this wine so original, and surprising. The terroir is also a determinant factor for XTMO. Mineral, floral and with an enormous complexity that is more typical in a red wine, but very weird and unique in a white one.
Cavas produced from Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada grapes from the flatter vineyards that surround the farmhouse. Gravelly, sandy and fresh soil yields wines with just the right acidity to create fine cavas.
Pale straw colour. Soft consistent and long-lasting stream of bubbles. Strong in the nose. There are notes of sweet pastries with a reminiscence of citrus. A perfect balance of ripeness and freshness. Soft creamy and dry in the mouth with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Lacruz Vega Syrah is an organic red wine elaborate only with Syrah variety.
The harvest is always done at night when temperatures are lower. Controlled maceration times, temperature and the use of wine fermenting tanks allows us to find the perfect balance of colour and tannins development. Flowers and fruit aromas are an important touch in the taste. Fermentations is performed at different temperatures, at the discretion of our technicians. The exact technique depends on the weather, the grapes used and our objective.The wine has a shocking-palate with balsamic and roasted aftertaste, developed in conjunction with floral notes.
Ideal complement for meat and stews.
A younger and fresh wine produced with 50% of Nebbiolo and 50% of Uva rara. After the pressing and a 4/5 days fermenting process, the wine is poured in stainless steel containers and repoured in order to eliminate the dregs. The wine ages in steel for 6 months and afterwards it is immediately bottled after filtering.
Cava produced with Pinot Noir 60%, Garnacha 40% grapes. Aged for a minimum of 12 months. Bright pink in colour with delicate and strong bouquet of cherry and strawberry.
Alcohol: 11.5%. Production: 6.000 bottles

Garnet colour with purple hues. Typical nose of this wine with notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry, black pepper and liquorice. On the palate we have the sweetness and the well-known freshness of Bien Luné.

This Verdicchio di Matelica DOC is obtained from some vineyards located in a hilly area with excellent exposure where the particular climatic conditions promote their organic cultivation. Then, at the time of perfect aromatic ripening, selected hand-picked grapes are vinified away from the air. Wine that expresses aromatic and floral notes of white fruit, on the palate shows great character and refreshing final acidity. Easy to match, both at meal and in other convivial moments, it is enhanced with medium seasoned fish and cheeses.
