日欧産業協力センターでは、欧州製造業の管理職を対象とした短期研修プログラム WCM（World Class Manufacturing） の 2026年10月コースおよび2027年3月コース において、オリエンテーション、セミナー、1日実践ワークショップ、企業・工場訪問、発表会の企画・運営を担っていただけるサービス・プロバイダーを募集しております。

本公募は、以下2回のWCMコースを対象としています。

プログラム開催日程：
第56回WCM：2026年10月19日（月）～10月23日（金）
第57回WCM：2027年3月1日（月）～3月5日（金）

主な業務内容：

• オリエンテーション、2回のセミナー、1日実践型ワークショップ（道場形式含む）、および発表会の会場手配、企画・運営
• 4回の企業・工場訪問の手配・運営
• 必要に応じた英語通訳の手配
• 研修期間中に必要となる国内移動手段の手配・調整

予算上限：
コースあたり 5,705,000円（税込）
総額上限 11,410,000円（税込）

Call for Service Providers: Workshops, Factory Visits and Seminars for the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Programme
October 2026 and March 2027 Missions

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is inviting proposals from service providers to plan and deliver support services for two editions of its World Class Manufacturing (WCM) executive training programme for managers in the European manufacturing industry.

This call covers the following two WCM editions:

Programme dates:
56th WCM: Monday, 19 October 2026 to Friday, 23 October 2026
57th WCM: Monday, 1 March 2027 to Friday, 5 March 2027

Scope of services includes:

• venue arrangements, planning and delivery of the orientation session, two seminars, one-day workshop / dojo session, and final presentation session
• arrangement and management of four host factory visits
• provision of English interpretation where required
• arrangement and coordination of all domestic transportation within Japan required during the course

Maximum available budget:
JPY 5,705,000 per edition (tax included)
up to JPY 11,410,000 in total

Monday, 1 June 2026, 17:30 JST
