Pledge and list of executives

From January 2016, prospective suppliers are required to sign a pledge when apply for the Unified Support Qualification. The document is meant to prevent application by companies who are involved in organized crime in Japan. In the pledge, the signee states that there are no members of designated organized crime organisations working in the company or that the company has relations with other companies linked to organized crime. The pledge also means that you agree with the Japanese government sending the information of the listed executive to police authorities, if it is deemed necessary.
