Osaka 2025 World Expo has started accepting supplier registrations for foreign participants

The Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition has started accepting supplier registrations for official participants with a short notification in English on its website. The organizers expect that 50 participating countires will build their own pavilion.

it concerns companies that want to offer services such as:

  • design
  • construction
  • exhibition work
  • interpreting and guide work
  • PR activities 
  • Rental services (Office equipment, furniture, cars and limousine service ect.)

(Services for customs clearance, logistics/transportation/packaging, insurance, waste transport, power supply, water supply, gas, security and cleaning will be invited seperatly)

Conditions for registration

  • In possession of necessary qualifications to supply these services
  • Have experience providing these services to similar events.

Application periods

June 1st, 2021 - June 11, 2021

 

 

JUNE 21ST, 2021 - JULY 2, 2021
