The European Travel Commission (ETC) carried out a week of activities in Japan, culminating in a high-level event at EXPO 2025 Osaka with the participation of European Commissioner Apostolos Tzitzikostas.

The European Travel Commission will join Tourism EXPO Japan 2023, a trade and consumer show jointly organised by the Japan Travel and Tourism Association, the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) and the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), with a dedicated Europe Pavilion.

With more and more travellers returning to Europe, the European Travel Commission (ETC) is reminding Japanese travel advisors and consumers of the available resources on hand to help them keep up with, and navigate through, the ongoing changes.
