Apidava is one of the biggest honey proccesing company from ROMANIA, located in the heart of Transylvania, a family business started in 1992, by Mr. Mates Victor and he's family. Today, the company has 50 employees and a turnover of 9.000.000 EUR.

La biscuiterie Namuroise is a local, artisanal cookie factory that makes genuine old-fashioned cookies (with a classic and ORGANIC range). The cookies are based on recipes dating back to 1908 from the great-grandfather of one of the two founders. The age of the recipes means that we have natural products, which boil down to fresh cookies with no preservatives or additives. The creation of the project came from a desire to reconnect with the entrepreneurial spirit of Namur and to give back its letters of nobility to the cookies of yesteryear. This sense of going back to basics is glued to our DNA and our way of working. We want to contribute to the cookie world, revolutionize industrialization and show the world that high-volume production doesn't have to mean denaturing the product. We owe the richness of what we are today to the quality of our cookies and the story they tell when you taste them. By definition, cookies are crunchy, crisp and dry.

「Rinascita」協同組合は、トマトの商業化に関する数々の課題に取り組む組織の必要性を唱えた3人の若い小規模生産者によって、1977年に設立されました。ヴァッレドルモの農家は、何世代にもわたって灌漑なしでトマトの熟成サイクルを完成させてきました。これは、土地の特性を最大限に活用する栽培技術（イタリア語で「Siccagno」）によって実現されています。「Siccagno」栽培では、環境要因への適応力が高いピッツァテッロ（スローフード協会の原産地保護）などの地元品種が使用されています。

Chocolate Dammenberg (Trademark brand name) is a family-owned company that has manufactured bean-to-bar worry-free chocolates since 1994. All our production is organic and fair-trade and free from nuts, almonds, gluten, eggs, milk, soy, and vanilla. Products are also vegan, GMO-free, and Halal. We have Moomin chocolates, pralines, figures, bars, etc. The colours of our products are plant-based ( without E-codes) and additive-free. Organic Cacao beans come from Peru.  

チョコレート・ダムバーグ（商標ブランド名）は、1994年より原料から板チョコになるまで、家族経営の会社で安心なチョコレートを製造しています。当社の製品はすべて有機栽培でフェアトレードであり、ナッツ類、アーモンド、グルテン、卵、牛乳、大豆、バニラは使用していません。また、製品はビーガン、GMOフリー、ハラールです。ムーミンチョコレート、プラリネ、フィギュア、バーなどがあります。当社の製品の着色料は植物由来（E番号なし）で、無添加です。有機カカオ豆はペルー産です。

Our olive oils are very tasty and unique in taste and feature thanks to the special location and cultivation on the Etna volcano, for each step of the production, from the cultivation to the process, bottling and packaging to guarantee the best quality.
