Please use this application form to apply for a place on the ICT mission 2019 in Japan. You can find the latest information about the course, together with its terms and conditions, on that webpage. You can find answers to some common questions on this FAQ page. To complete your application please use Google Chrome or FirefoxYou must submit your application (and supporting documents) no later than 20 June 2019.

Only complete applications (i.e. a complete form and set of supporting documents) submitted before the application deadline will be considered by the selection board. Given the competitive nature of the process, and the limited number of places, not everyone who applies will get a place. Applicants who book flights or hotel accommodation before receiving formal confirmation from the EU-Japan Centre that they have been allocated a place on the visit do so at their own risk.
