Lean visit 31: travel plans

Please complete this form to finalise arrangements for the Lean in Europe visit to RATIONAL in Landsberg am Lech on Thursday 7th & Friday 8th December 2023.

If you haven't already done so:

1️ Now - Book your travel so that you will arrive at RATIONAL by 17:00 on Thursday, 7th December. If you will be flying back out of Munich, please realise that you are unlikely to get back to Munich Airport (MUC) until 14:30 on Friday, 8th December.

2️ Now - Book your accommodation at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Landsberg (Graf-Zeppelin-Straße 6, D-86899 Landsberg am Lech).
Our agreed rates are: single occupancy B&B at €96/night, double occupancy B&B at €116/night). To take advantage of them:

• Email at info.easy-landsberg@hrg-hotels.com
• State that you are part of the “EU-Japan Centre” group
• Give the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your arrival and departure dates
  • Whether you’ll be one or two people
  • Your credit card number
  • Your credit card expiry date
  • The name on your credit card (if it isn’t the same name as the name we know you as)
    You will NOT have to give the 3-digit security code found on the back of your card.

     

Please note that it is NOT possible to book a room within the EU-Japan Centre group via the hotel's website.
