Please complete this form to finalise arrangements for the Lean in Europe visit to TOYOTA in Valenciennes on Tuesday 5th & Wednesday 6th March 2024.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing France

If you haven't already done so:

1️ Now - Book your travel so that you will arrive in Valenciennes for an 18:00 start at the Royal Hainault hotel on Tuesday, 5th February.

To help you plan your return train connections please assume that our ETA at Lille Europe station on Wednesday 6th is 14:30

The event hotel is the Royal Hainault Spa & Resort Hotel at 6 Place de L'Hôpital Général, 59300 Valenciennes.

This is where the group discussion and dinner will take place on the Tuesday evening and from where the coach will depart for Toyota and return to on the Wednesday. Bedroom prices there start at €246.50 per night including city tax, energy contribution, breakfast and spa access, but there are only a few available. If you would like to stay there please:

  • Contact the hotel's booking department at reservation@royalhainaut.com or call +33 3 2734 9840.
  • State that you are part of the “EU-Japan Centre Lean #33 TOYOTA” group
  • Give the following information:
    • Your name
    • Your arrival and departure dates
