On 7 September 2022 in the city of Tokyo, representatives of the InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA), took part in the 17th Annual Japanese Investment Forum.


The Investment Forum is a private event of the most influential pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and investment advisers in Japan. The sessions were focused on the various investment opportunities, business climate and different access to new investment strategies.
The IBA team took part in the panel “Exploring New Investment Horizons in Eastern Europe”. During this participation, Mr. Bogdanov presented the conditions and opportunities for investing, starting and developing a business in Bulgaria. The session ended with discussion on different issues related to gas supplies and the tax system in Bulgaria. 

IBA`s participation in the forum aimed to present the conditions and opportunities for investing, starting and developing a business in the Republic of Bulgaria and is in connection with the implementation of the project “Promoting of Bulgaria as a successful investment destination” under the Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020.
