With support from public authorities, a group of small and medium-sized sake breweries across Japan have launched "Sake! Sake!! Sake!!!", an online sake trade fair platform for European sake importers and more importantly for those who want to become sake importers. The platform, a first of its kind in the sake industry, has been selected as a model for the National Tax Agency's Sake Branding Promotion Project.

The Platform will provide a free of charge online one-stop solution for European wine/premium liquor distributors who have never dealt with sake before. It is allowing them to become interested in sake, learn about it, interact with sake breweries, conduct business negotiations, and directly import quality sake from local breweries. The platform will be active until 31 March 2022.
