On May 17 the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidders for the tender concerning the Project Management Support services for temporary Overlays at the various Olympic venues. The contract was won by a joint venture of Japanese companies. It is likely that these companies are going to play a major role in deciding which companies will be involved in the actual provision temporary overlays.
