The 2024 Commercial Study Mission to Japan, organized by the Malaga Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with partners like the Embassy of Spain in Japan and Málaga TechPark, offers a unique opportunity. On 14-21 July 2024, participants will delve into strategic collaborations and institutional insights, paving the way for advancements between Spain and Japan.

On 11-15 March 2024, the Admantex2i project organized it’s third and last country mission, bringing a delegation of 22 European participants to Japan, for a week of industrial visits, business meetings and participation in the Smart Manufacturing Summit 2024, in order to identify potential business and technological innovation opportunities.

Great news for SMEs in the robotics and smart industry sector! The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is delighted to announce its first-time participation at the Smart Factory Expo.

From 11 to 15 March, ten European SMEs and Clusters from Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Austria, and Hungary visited Aichi Prefecture to participate in the Aichi Innovation Days and Smart Manufacturing Summit 2024 during the Digital Mission organized by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation.

This year again, the EU-Japan Centre organised a business mission for SMEs and Cluster representatives in the Life Sciences field.

In September, Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) organized its first Polish Hydrogen Mission to Japan. Participants from various fields had a chance to network with their Japanese counterparts, attend seminars as well as exhibit their hydrogen-related solutions at Smart Energy Week 2023.

The selected Champion SMEs of the call for the second target country, Japan, got the opportunity to expand their business and to start a new internationalisation journey.
