EC tender opportunity : study on production & use of advanced materials
Forthcoming tender opportunity - In mid-October the Commission will publish a tender notice for a study on the production and use of advanced materials in the EU, in comparison with the US, UK, China, South Korea and Japan.
Call for Open Innovation Program “MOIRe” 2024
MOIRe is an annual open innovation research program for drug discovery initiated by Mochida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a large Japanese pharmaceutical company. Application form and more detailed information available online.
Prior Information Notice

In Japanese procurement, Prior Information Notices (PIN) are called "Notices of request for submission of materials" and are one of the steps before an actual tender. A government entity is requesting information from the market necessary to draft specifications for a tender. Japanese government entities publish relatively few PINs to an international market, they are often issued for lease contracts.
