As new regulations are introduced in the EU across various areas—such as environmental standards, digital policies, and trade agreements—it is essential for companies to gather information early and anticipate the potential impact to maintain their competitive edge. By closely monitoring EU policy developments, businesses can not only adapt to regulatory changes but also leverage them to strengthen their own strategies.

Moreover, active engagement in the EU policymaking process is equally important. Appropriate reflection of industry views in the process helps to strike a better balance between the effects and burdens of regulation.
