EUと日本の防衛産業協力には、どのような機会、課題、そして将来の方向性があり、両者は互いに補完し合う強みを活かして抑止力、レジリエンス、そしてイノベーションを強化することができるのでしょうか。本イベントでは防衛バリューチェーンにおけるEU・日本の産業・イノベーション協力の可能性に関する研究報告書の著者によるプレゼンテーションに続き、日本および欧州の防衛産業セクターの代表者が、こうした協力の可能性についてそれぞれの視点と評価を視聴者と共有します。

PPWRは、2026年8月から一部の義務の適用が開始され、その後も各義務の詳細を決める下位規則の策定と適用が段階的に進められます。2030年頃までに主要な義務が出揃い、包装設計の見直し、適合宣言書の整備等、サプライチェーン全体で中長期的な取組が求められる見込みです。本セミナーでは欧州委員会の環境総局より、PPWRの制度概要に加え運用のポイントについて直接ご説明いただき、加えてEY新日本有限責任監査法人より実務対応に資する具体的なヒント、またTOPPAN株式会社より日本の容器包装の動向についてご紹介いただきます。

世界的な安全保障環境の変化の中で日本もEUも今後、防衛費の増加が見込まれています。その中で日EU共に自国・自地域の防衛産業基盤の強化が期待されています。同じ価値観を共有する日本とEUは、防衛産業においても協力を深めるべき必要性とポテンシャルが認識されています。2025年7月の日EU首脳合意にもとづき、本年4月に初めての日EU防衛産業対話がブリュッセルにおいて行われました。今回のウェビナーでは、4月の防衛産業対話を企画して主導した官民のリーダーからの報告をもとに、今後の日本・EUの防衛産業協力について展望します。

This webinar will bring together public- and private-sector stakeholders to discuss how the hydrogen industry systems that are economically and environmentally important to Japan and the EU can achieve competitiveness and sustainable growth, as well as how useful and promising cooperation and collaboration between Japan and the EU can be in achieving these goals.

EU Battery Regulation will be implemented in phase to obligate usage of recycled materials such as cobalt and lithium and to introduce Battery Passports to disclose carbon footprints. This webinar features representatives from Japanese and EU authorities as speakers to discuss the latest developments in the battery sector, and we further the discussion with the participation of leaders from the industry of both sides.
