“German Research Fair” for graduate, PhD & Postdoc students from Japan
DWIH Tokyo hosts the first online “German Research Fair” on 27 April 2023. The aim is to connect graduate students, PhD students and postdoc researchers from Japan with 14 universities and research organizations in Germany and to inform them about funding opportunities.

German-Japanese Energy Transition Council discusses Pathways to Decarbonization
From 2 to 3 March, the German and Japanese members of the Expert Council exchanged views on the current energy policy of both countries in a two-day meeting. In particular, the focus was on the results of studies on carbon-neutral buildings and on the decarbonization of the petrochemical industry.
