VISAS & PERMITS

Rules on residence permit, (exemption from) work permit, approval of the traineeships by the local authority, visas, are different from country to country (sometimes from region to region).

Whenever possible, the Centre will centralize the pre-inquiries, and lead the company step by step to fulfill the procedures. 

In some other cases, the Company is expected to hire a consultant/law firm, at its expenses, to clarify and fulfill the necessary steps.

Host company's costs for the complete training period 

Your company will remunerate the Vulcanus trainee DIRECTLY, in accordance with the labour laws of your country.

Please complete the online application form and submit it by 20 September 2025 if you are a new company, or by 30 September if you are a former host company

Eligibility - Vulcanus in Europe

ELIGIBILITY

All companies in the industrial or service sector within the EU are eligible. 

The traineeship should be R&D oriented. 

Through fulfilling the assigned tasks, the trainee should be given the chance to optimize and implement the specific knowledge they acquired at university.
