Restarting Lean in Europe visits

Getting back to the Gemba with PakMarkas. After a 3-year absence, the EU-Japan Centre restarted its Lean in Europe visits to facilitate the sharing of ideas and discussions around lean and improvement with a visit to Lithuania.

Upcoming World Class Manufacturing (WCM) In Japan

After 2 years of online renditions due to Covid, the World Class Manufacturing training course is finally back to physical missions to Japan. The course will give its participants a detailed understanding of Kaizen approaches through lectures, workshops and Japanese company visits.

Lean in Europe - visit 27 - PakMarkas

The first host company in this new series of Lean in Europe physical visits (i.e. travel will be necessary) will be PakMarkas – a Lithuanian manufacturer producing labelling and flexible packaging, industrial packaging engineering and automation solutions.
