The EU-Japan Centre co-hosted a hybrid seminar titled Towards a New Dimension of EU-Japan Digital Partnership with Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA).

On 24 April 2025, the Jean Monnet CoE Kyushu, Third Stage (JMCoE-Q3) Kick-off Seminar titled “e-Governance and e-Democracy in the EU” was conducted by the Kyushu University EU Centre and supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Japan and the Fukuoka EU Association.

The Japan-Estonia Defense Industry Exchange Seminar, held during Estonian Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur’s visit to Japan, fostered collaboration between Estonian and Japanese defense companies. Organized in cooperation of the ATLA, JADI and Embassy of Estonia in Tokyo, the event strengthened bilateral ties, facilitating future cooperation in defense technology and innovation.

On 17 February, the EU-Japan Centre organized a hybrid seminar on “Accelerating the clean transition in the EU and Japan” at the Europa House.

On 29 October, the Delegation of the European Union to Japan hosted a public event co-organised with the EU-Japan Centre with the support of the EU-Japan Green Alliance Facility on green bonds and financial institutions in this evolving landscape.
