The World Class Manufacturing training programme is now organized once a year, aligning with the EU-Japan Centre's calendar reorganization.

The 53rd Challenge towards World Class Manufacturing (WCM) mission was organized by the EU-Japan Centre on 11-15 March 2024. 24 participants, working in various sectors from 10 European States took part in this course.

Since its inception in 1992, the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) mission has evolved into a crucial platform for European entrepreneurs and managers, providing them with invaluable insights into the Japanese manufacturing culture.

The 32nd Lean in Europe visit will be to KOSTWEIN's factory in Klagenfurt on 5 & 6 February 2024.

25 participants from 12 Member States experienced onsite Japanese manufacturing excellence.
