HOW TO FILL IN THIS APPLICATION

This application form is divided into several sections. If you wish to SEE THE FULL LIST OF QUESTIONS, please click here

Please complete the form in ENGLISH. Do not leave any questions blank, instead write "N/A" (not applicable) where necessary.

Some questions are followed by the word [shared]. Your answers to those questions will be shown to the short-listed students, to help them choose the placement that best fits their profile and expectations.

HOW TO SAVE YOUR DRAFT APPLICATION

You will be able to save the application form as many times as needed, before submitting it. Please click on the green "Save Draft" button to pause your application. 

A green line will show you the sections of the form that you have already completed. 

SUBMISSON OF YOUR APPLICATION

You must submit your application form by 15 October 2020. Once submitted, a copy of your application will automatically be sent to the supervisor and the HR contact person.

Please note that only complete application forms submitted before the deadline will be considered.

WHEN IT IS ADVISABLE TO SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION

Each company can host up to two students (three under specific circumstances). If you would like to apply for more than one student, or if you wish to increase your chances to host one student, please complete the form as many times as you have places available with different contents of placement. (Starting with your second application, you will only fill in the fields strictly relating to the placement you are offering).
