Vulcanus in Europe offers EU companies the chance to host Japanese interns for 6 months, from mid-September 2026.

 

 

To apply, please complete and submit the following ONLINE APPLICATION, by 20 September 2025 (if you are a new company), or by 30 September 2025 (if you are a former host company).

When a question is followed by the word [shared], your answer will be shared with the short-listed Japanese applicants

The application form is divided into several sections. Before starting, please take a look at the full list of questionsfor a global vision of the information to provide.

Deadline to apply: 20 September 2025 (new companies), or 30 September 2025 (former host companies)

Only complete application forms will be considered. 

Once submitted, a copy of your application will automatically be sent to the supervisor and the HR contact person.

 

SUBMITTING MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION?

Each company can host up to 2 students (3 under specific circumstances). 

If you wish to apply for more than one student, or if you wish to increase your chances to host one student:

please complete the form as many times as you have places available with different contents of placement. 

(Starting with your 2nd application for session 2025/26, you will only fill in the fields strictly relating to the placement you are offering).
