Please complete this form to finalise arrangements for the Lean in Europe visit to Konecranes, near Hannover on Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st February.

Please do the following:

1️ Now - Book your travel so that you will arrive at the event hotel by 18:15 on Monday, 20th February (Parkhotel Berghölzchen at Am Berghölzchen 1, 31139 Hildesheim). If you will be flying back out of Hannover, please realise that you are unlikely to get back to Hannover airport until 18:00 on Tuesday, 21st February.

2️ By Sunday, 05th February - If you wish to stay at the group hotel, phone the Parkhotel to book your room. (Single occupancy B&B will be €99/night, double occupancy B&B will be €119/night.)

  • Call +49 5121 979 0 and select option "1" for reservations
  • Explain that you are with the "EU-Japan Centre" group
  • Give your dates, the number of adults (1 or 2), your phone number and email address
  • You will then receive an email with a secure link to submit your credit-card details to guarantee your reservation

Please note that it is NOT possible to book a room within the EU-Japan Centre group via the hotel's website. A taxi from Hannover Airport to the hotel is likely to cost around €100. A car-parking space at the hotel costs €6/car/night.

3️ Now - By Sunday, 05th February, please complete this webform to give your travel plans, etc.
