Please do the following:

1️ Now (if you haven't done so already) - make your travel arrangements bearing in mind the following:

  • If you are planning to take the free transfer from Geneva Airport to La Plagne on 17th April: Book your travel so that you are scheduled to arrive at Geneva Airport (GVA) by 12:00 p.m. (midday) on Monday, 17 April

  • If you are planning to take the free transfer from La Plagne back to Geneva Airport on 18th April: Book a flight departing from GVA NOT before 19:00 on Tuesday, 18 April

  • If you will make your own way to La Plagne: Arrange to arrive on site by 17:00 on Monday, 17 April

    If you are driving:

After Albertville and Moutiers, continue on the RN90 in the direction of Bourg St Maurice. Turn off at Aime and follow the signs for La Plagne. All the bends on the road up the mountain are numbered. Turn into the village entrance at bend 1, continue straight down the hill and around the next bend. The road goes downhill and after approx 150m the road forks, continue left at the fork and Chalet Alisier and Chalet Laurier are 200m on the right.  There are Ski Beat signs and chalet names on the building.

The free car park is opposite the exit of the village, turn left out of the village and the car park entrance is on the right hand side just after the bend. Alternatively, the car park entrance is just before bend 3 and the Loup Blanc restaurant.  Walk up the road opposite (to the left of the Loup Blanc restaurant) and the chalet is on the left hand side.

2️ Now (if you and/or your partner will do any winter sports:

Ensure that you have taken out a comprehensive winter sports insurance cover.

The policy should cover mountain search & rescue, medical costs, medical repatriation, etc.

It is your responsibility to arrange this BEFORE you travel.

3️ By Monday, 10th April - Compete this webform to give your travel plans and any dietary restrictions

A copy of your answers to this webform will be sent to the email address you provide.

Based on your answers, Ski Beat will book chalet space for you (and - if applicable - for your partner).
