Lean visit 32: final details

Please complete this form to finalise arrangements for the Lean in Europe visit to KOSTWEIN in Klagenfurt on Monday 5th & Tuesday 6th January 2024.

If you haven't already done so:

1️ Now - Book your travel so that you will arrive in Klagenfurt by 18:00 on Monday, 5th February.

To help you plan your return flight connections, please assume the following journey times and allow additional time for clearing security, etc.:

• If you will be flying back on Tuesday 6th from Klagenfurt Airport (KLU) our ETA there is 13:40
• If you will be flying back on Tuesday 6th from Ljublana Airport (LJU) our ETA there is 15:30

2️ Now if you haven't done so already- Book your accommodation at Hotel Sandwirth (Pernhartgasse 9, 9020 Klagenfurt a.W.).
Our agreed rates are: single occupancy B&B at €125/night, double occupancy B&B at €164/night). To take advantage of them:

• Send email to hotel@sandwirth.at
• State that you are part of the “EU-Japan Centre” group
• Give the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your arrival and departure dates
  • Whether you’ll be one or two people
  • Your credit card number
  • Your credit card expiry date
  • The name on your credit card (if it isn’t the same name as the name we know you as)

Please note that it is NOT possible to book a room within the EU-Japan Centre group via the hotel's website.
