The EUIPO organises a webinar on specialised IT tools to protect your trade marks

The EUIPO - European Union Intellectual Property Office, in the framework of the EU-Japan IPA project, and JPO (Japan Patent Office), are hosting a specialised webinar designed for IP practitioners as well as first-time applicants to inform about the IT tools they provide to assist in securing trade mark rights in the EU and Japan.

What You’ll Learn
This session gives an overview of the EUIPO’s Early TM Screening, a standalone pre-assessment tool designed to help users identify potential issues with prospective trade marks before applying for a trade mark in just a few easy steps.
 
The JPO will introduce J-PlatPat (Japan Platform for Patent Information), their free of charge service for searching industrial property information over the Internet.
