Japanese government entities suspend procurement due to COVID-19 state of emergency

The declaration of a state of emergency in a number of prefectures by the Abe-government from April 8 onwards is also affecting procurement activities by Japanese government entities. A number of government entities has temporarily suspended their regular tendering until further notice.
