The EU-Japan Centre is recruiting business coaches for the 2026–2027 edition of the Vulcanus Market Research Initiative. Selected coaches guide teams of Vulcanus in Japan students as they conduct tailored market research for European SMEs exploring the Japanese market — providing expert direction throughout the research and drafting process.
Coaches are expected to hold twice-monthly progress meetings with their student team, attend key sessions including the final presentation to the client SME, and support the quality of deliverables from kick-off through to final report.
The assignment runs from September 2026 to March 2027. The honorarium is JPY 250,000 per project, before withholding tax and excluding consumption tax.
