On November 28, the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (TOCOG) announced the winning bidder for a tender "Traffic Management Simulation for Tokyo Area". The contract was won by one of the largest consultancies in Japan, Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. The contract marks the fifth large Olympics related contract won by the company.
