10月6日、日欧産業協力センターは「EUが目指す炭素国境調整措置（CBAM）とは」と題するwebinarを開催いたしました。本webinarは、6月24日にRIETIと弊センターの共催で行われた「カーボン・ニュートラルに向けて: 日EU産業界・制度論の挑戦」と題するwebinarにおいて紹介されたCBAMに関して多くの関係者から強い関心が示されたため、7月14日に欧州委員会から正式提案がなされたのを受けて企画されました。メインスピーカーとして欧州委員会税・関税総局のVicente Hurtado Roa 間接税（VAT以外）課長をお招きし、詳細な説明とその後活発な質疑応答が行われました。当日のモデレーターを務めた弊センター専務理事の田辺による内容の概要と所感を即立行政法人 経済産業研究所（RIETI）サイトに寄稿しておりますのでご覧ください。
