EU-Japan Centre Past events

In EU, there is a growing recognition in the public and private sectors that the green and digital “Twin Transition” is necessary to achieve the climate goals while keeping industrial competitiveness. In this seminar, five speakers from both Japan and Europe are invited to compare and share public and private sector initiatives in both Europe and Japan, and explore opportunities for EU-Japan cooperation.

The webinar targets EU companies which are either evaluating the Japanese market plus those who have already entered, yet have ambitions to grow further. The webinar’s focus is on B2C businesses especially food, beverages, fashion and apparel, luxury goods including home décor, personal care, cosmetics as well as over the counter health products. In this event, experts from Europe, Japan and Chile will share the latest developments on public policies and deployment of large-scale green hydrogen and eFuel production.
