The Vulcanus in Japan programme really offers a priceless opportunity to eligible students. Having attended the 4-month intensive Japanese language course in one of the best schools in Tokyo, enriched by weekly lectures on Japanese life, culture and business and having found my own Japanese family through the home stay experience, I can claim that Vulcanus provided me with all the necessary skills to become a member of a Japanese company and society. On top of that, Hitachi, one of the world’s most innovative companies, granted me the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled scientists. Moreover, my kind-hearted colleagues at Hitachi really adopted me as a real co-worker, which turned this huge company into my second home. Thanks to this experience I really feel the confidence to “Inspire the Next”.
