Webinar 99: Cross-cultural Issues: Establishing Solid Relationships With Japanese Partners (part 2)

July 04 2017

04-07-17 | 10:30 - 11:30 AM CET

What are the Do’s and Don’ts in the management of business relations?

Japan’s business world heavily relies on intact personal relationships or “ningen kankei” as they are called in Japanese.  No matter how good your products and how excellent your services are. If you fall short of establishing solid “ningen kankei” and mutual trust, you will most likely create a disadvantage for your company. A strong affiliation not only make the start of your business easier, it also helps to overcome difficult passages and a face-saving, constructive way. The Japanese way of communicating indirectly, solving conflicts and handling other difficult situations is largely based on the concept of “ningenkankei” and will be covered in this webinar.

The webinar is targeted to EU companies seeking to intensify their co-operation after first contacts are made and wish to put the relationship with Japanese business partners on solid ground from the very start.
