📄 The draft agenda for the visit can be accessed here. It will be updated when more information is available (e.g, the name and address of the group hotel).

Please do the following:

1️ Now - Book your travel so that you will arrive at the event hotel in the old town of Vilnius by 17:45 on 29th September.
Do not book a hotel yet if you would like to stay at the "event hotel".

2️ Now - By Wednesday, 24th August, please complete this webform to give your travel plans, accommodation needs, any dietary restrictions, etc.

3️ Later - In late August, contact the event hotel directly to make your room reservation and give your credit card details (assuming you plan on staying at the "event hotel").  Bed & breakfast is likely to cost €54 (single occupancy) or €62 (if your partner accompanies you). We shall try to ensure that these rates are valid for extra nights so that you can arrive on Wednesday and/or stay for the weekend. The hotel will be a 15-minute taxi ride from Vilnius Airport (VNO).

A copy of your answers will be sent to the email address you provide.
