Lean in Europe - Visit 19 - TRUMPF

On Friday, 25th May, the EU-Japan Centre organised its 19th Lean in Europe visit to TRUMPF, near Stuttgart (Germany).

The visit focussed on:

SYNCHRO - TRUMPF's production system
TRUMPF's Digital Transformation - with a focus on order-to-cash
Industry 4.0 in Sheetmetal Fabrication (including a gemba visit)
Digitization of Order-to-Cash process (including a gemba visit to a production factory for punching tools)
