What is the EU-Japan Business Cooperation with ASEAN, Africa & Latin America Helpdesk (EJ3A Helpdesk)?

The EJ3A Helpdesk was launched in April 2022 by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation. It aims at facilitating trilateral business cooperation between EU and Japanese companies in ASEAN, Africa and Latin America and with local partners in these markets.

The helpdesk provides business support to European and Japanese companies looking for business partners and opportunities in these markets through various activities such as:


• Matchmaking events and partnering support
• Pitching events
• Information service
• Promotion of case studies and success stories
• Seminars and workshops

Who can benefit from the helpdesk’s support?

EU companies interested in working with Japanese business partners in ASEAN, Africa or Latin America.
Japanese companies interested in working with EU business partners in ASEAN, Africa or Latin America.
