FROM THE APPLICATION TO THE MATCH
How to apply
Please complete the online application form and submit it by 15 OCT 2020.
Please feel free to submit as many offers as you have avaliable traineeships, with different contents.
Each company can host up to 2 trainees (3 under exceptional circumstances).
Short-listing process
We will short-list the eligible companies in late October. We will evaluate the content of your offer of internship, along with the corporate information of your company.
By the end of October we will inform you of the outcome of your application and (if applicable) inform you on the match-making week schedule and procedure.
Match-making process
The shortlisted students can express their preference for up to 3 offers of internship that best fit their profile and expectations.
Should one or more students express a preference for your offer, you will receive their file during the match-making week. Since students can apply for more than one offer, their files will be sent at the same time to other companies.
We work on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. The first company who accepts the student will host him/her for the internship.
You will have the possibility to interview the student before taking a decision.
Traineeship contract
By early December 2020, the company will sign a traineeship contract with the trainee and the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation, which lays down the rights and the responsibilities of all parties.
