For EU Acceding countries, candidate countries and potential candidates, please only refer to the countries for which the agreement is in force.
SMP-COSME: Stands for “Countries Participating in the COSME strand of the Single Market Programme". The Single Market Programme is the Commission programme that funds the EU-Japan Centre.

(****) If you are working in a non-EU country located branch of an eligible company, please indicate your office address and not the EU based headquarter one.
Should your company not be based / headquartered in the European Union or in a European country associated to the SMP programme, your membership request will not be granted. Therefore no need to fill in the form.
Please consider that the validation process is human operated, it is not automatic, and may take some time before completed.
